Forest Bathing (in English)
This Forest Bathing session is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which means absorbing the forest’s atmosphere with your senses. It has been scientifically proven to restore balance and health, helping to release the stresses of modern life.
It is an experience that helps us reconnect with the frequency of nature. During a gentle walk, you will learn simple tools to take with you, empowering you to continue your own practice of connecting with nature, restoring and revitalizing both body and mind.
By the end of the session, you will feel energized and in harmony with the beauty, simplicity, and uniqueness of the natural world around you.
- Stress Reduction
Exposure to forest environments has been linked to a decrease in cortisol levels, the stress hormone. - Strengthening of the Immune System
Some studies suggest that exposure to nature boosts the immune system by increasing the production of natural killer cells, which help fight infections and cancer cells. - Improvement in Attention and Concentration
Nature has the ability to restore attention and enhance concentration. - Sensory Stimulation
The forest is rich in sensory stimuli, providing a pleasant experience for the senses. - Better Sleep
The forest environment, combined with physical activity, contributes to improved sleep quality. - Mood Enhancement
